No. This is a tool, not a strategy. TradingEngine provides the control interface between your AI model and exchange APIs. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions, risk management, and results.
No. You provide your own LLM API keys (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc.). CryptoAI acts as a control layer, while the TradingEngine handles execution and validation.
Yes. You can use any LLM with API access. Once configured, CryptoAI can operate continuously without user interaction. The system executes decisions based on your strategy definition, while execution remains bound to deterministic engine rules.
Due to the digital nature of the product, we do not offer refunds after license activation. We recommend evaluating the software using exchange testnets (e.g. Binance Testnet) or with execution disabled before connecting to live markets.
You trade with your own exchange account using your own API keys. TradingEngine is a tooling interface, not a financial service. You are responsible for complying with your local regulations and exchange terms.
Yes. You can upgrade from Early Access to Pro or Ultimate by paying the difference. Contact us after purchase for upgrade options. License transfers between users are not permitted.
