- Technical data: IP address, browser type, operating system, referrer, and basic device information, collected automatically when submitting forms or navigating the website.
- Anonymous usage data: Collected via Plausible Analytics (page views, referrers, device types). No personal data is tracked.
- Cookies: Essential cookies are used (e.g., to remember your cookie consent). No tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies. Essential cookies are used based on our legitimate interest in providing a functional website. Where required by law, consent is obtained before placing cookies.

When submitting forms (e.g., email signup), we may process:

Technical data such as IP addresses is retained only for as long as necessary for security and operational purposes and is not stored long-term.

2. Data Collected via Application (CryptoAI / TradingEngine)
We collect only the minimum data necessary to manage licenses and ensure proper application operation:
- Email address: Provided during license registration to manage your account and send updates.
- Hardware ID (HWID): A hash generated from hardware information (e.g., CPU, motherboard) to bind your license to your device. HWID is one-way hashed and cannot be reversed to identify your hardware.
No other data is collected by the application. All trading activity, account balances, transactions, strategies, or local logs remain entirely on the user's device. We do not transmit, store, or analyze trading data.

Data Storage and Security
- Email addresses and HWIDs are stored securely using industry-standard encryption
- Access is limited to essential personnel only
Data We Do Not Collect
- Trading strategies, account balances, or transactions
- Local logs created by the user for debugging
- Any other personal data beyond email and HWID
International Data Processing
- Data may be processed and stored in the jurisdiction where our servers or third-party services operate, including outside your country of residence. Where required by applicable law, appropriate safeguards are used to protect personal data, such as contractual protections or equivalent legal mechanisms.
- By using our application, you acknowledge and accept such processing in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
No Automated Decision-Making
We do not perform automated decision-making or profiling as defined under GDPR.
3. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
- Plausible Analytics: Anonymous website analytics. Plausible Analytics does not store full IP addresses, does not use cookies, and does not allow us to identify individual visitors.
- MailerLite / ConvertKit: Email management for mailing lists.
- Cloudflare / Vercel: Website hosting and CDN.
We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services. Third-party services act as data processors or independent controllers under their own privacy policies.
4. US Privacy Rights (CCPA / CPRA)
We do not sell or share personal data as defined under California law.
California residents have the right to:
- Request disclosure of collected personal data
- Request deletion of personal data
- Opt out of any future sale or sharing (if applicable)
Requests to exercise privacy rights may be submitted via email. We may require reasonable verification of identity before fulfilling requests. We do not discriminate against users for exercising privacy rights.
The website does not respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals, as no cross-site tracking is performed.
