No. This is a tool, not a strategy. TradingEngine provides the control interface between your AI model and exchange APIs. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions, risk management, and results.
No. You provide your own LLM API keys (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc.). TradingEngine is the middleware that connects your chosen AI model to trading execution.
Yes. You can use any LLM with API access. Support for local models (via Ollama) is coming soon. You control the prompts, the logic, and the decision parameters.
Due to the digital nature of the product, we do not offer refunds after license activation. Please use the simulation mode to evaluate the software before connecting to live exchanges.
You trade with your own exchange account using your own API keys. TradingEngine is a tooling interface, not a financial service. You are responsible for complying with your local regulations and exchange terms.
Yes. You can upgrade from Early Access to Pro or Ultimate by paying the difference. Contact us after purchase for upgrade options. License transfers between users are not permitted.
